1. Who we are

Realty Solutions, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We operate a property-intelligence platform for licensed real estate professionals in Dubai.

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, phone, username, password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
• Usage data: searches performed, features used, IP address, timestamps.
• Property data: publicly-registered property and ownership records from official and licensed channels.

3. Why we process it

To provide the service, secure the platform against abuse, comply with UAE law, and bill correctly. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) on the basis of contract performance and legitimate business interest.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data. Log in and open Settings → Privacy to download everything we hold, or request deletion. We respond within 30 days.

6. Retention

Account and usage data is kept for the life of your account plus 12 months for legal and accounting purposes, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed. Access is restricted, rate-limited and logged. All administrative actions are recorded in an audit trail.

8. Property owners in our records

If you are a property owner and wish to query or object to your details appearing in our records, contact us below and we will respond within 30 days.
